BMW Privileges Circuit Experience by BMW Driving Experience  Slotemakers is an elaborate name for a great day driving!

Approximately 30 enthousiast BMW Drivers showed up for an afternoon of sliding, skiding and slalomming. This was followed by what everybody was waiting for: 2 Hours of driving the Circuit of Zandvoort!

The afternoon part was done in Cars from BMW Slotemakers Driving Experience.

The Evening Program is done in everyone's private Car.
That didn't slow down most off the Participators. I didn't make any Photos during the Circuit Driving. I had my Hands full:  Steering and putting both pedals to the floor to push my Car to its Limits.

Therefor only a few photos taking with my Samsung Telephone in Pits and Paddock.



Before the Circuit Drive everybody has to listen to some simple instructions.

2x45min. off driving and a small break in between,  to give everybody a moment too cool down a bit.

Afterwards all Cars are again lined up.

All in all a Great Day!

Spa-Classic May 18th 2014

A Great Sundays visit at Spa. Rather a lot of close-ups this day, from the paddock, the Annual Bonhams Auction and Group C Cars being prepared for their race.

This is where the Ferrari power comes from: a Ferrari 275 GTB 1965 Engine.

Curved back lightweight window on the BMW 3.0 CSL.

Porsche 356 CS being pushed back in the trailer.

Such a beautiful small car: the Alfa Romeo Giulia SS.

A nice group of very fast Renaults from different decades.

The MG Club waiting for their rounds around the Track.

Two wonderfull small cars: in front a Lancia Fulvia and in the back a Saab Sonett 3.

Every Year Bonhams organise one of their Auctions during the Spa-Classic. And every year they have some amazing cars on sale.

An early Citroen 2CV

Two British Convertibles: a Rolls Royce Corniche and a Jaguar XJ 12.

Taking care of a Ferrari 308 GTB Group B Michelotto in Rally Specs.

An interesting car is this Vaillante from 1999. Or to be more precise: a Hommel Vaillante Grand Defi Coupe. It is based on a French small Sportscar named Hommel and is powered by a Peugeot Engine. 

An unrestored Jaguar E Type and in the back a Lancia Delta Integrale HF.

Just a nice Detail of a rear Window: 1961 Jaguar MK2 3.8-Litre Saloon.

Group C Cars raced from 1982 until 1990 are still utterly impressive.

Spa 6 hr 2014

The 6hrs of Spa-Francorchamps 2014 was for me the beginning of a new Motorsports season. 

Under a sunny sky, but cold wind, the spectators had a great day at this beautiful circuit in the Ardennes in Belgium. This race is seen by everyone as a prelude to the 24hrs of Le Mans. 

There were 2 support races: the Porsche GT3 Cup Challenge Benelux and the Trofeo Maserati World Series.

Start of the LMP2's. Not all cars that will enter Le Mans were present. The field was therefore not representive for this competitive class.
