A day ahead of the Jumbo Verstappen dagen at Zandvoort.

The Jumbo Verstappen Dagen at the Zandvoort circuit are one of the highlights for this circuit.

I visited the circuit on Friday to have some space to have a propper look around.

This weekend offered a big variety of highly regarded motorracing like the TCR and the BossGP. But the main event is obviously Max Verstappen driving his Red Bull Formula 1.

The TCR cars are all in their structure the same, but off course every manufacturer has another solution for the same problem: How to be the fastest around the track. The engine bays spread some light on this:

Another impressive serie is the Boss GP. Boss stands for Big Open Single Seaters. And these cars sure are. Although it was a field of about 12 cars, the cars themselves are very impressive. Especially the old Formula One cars still know how to impress with their sound. On the photos you can see the Benetton 197 from Marijn van Kalmthout.

Another beautiful car is that from the former Formula 1 team Coloni. Even the Boss Enzo Coloni came to the windy circuit at the dutch coast.

And then, of course there is Max Verstappen. This friday he was busy making a new commercial for Jumbo Supermarket. Jumbo is on of his main private sponsors. The shoot took almost all Friday.

I dont't know the story jet, but it seems that the actor, that portrays Joe Average, tries succesfully to enter the Pit of Max Verstappen and starts to give him some advice.

Watch Max reaction the the tips. Max sure is a great actor.

But at the end, the wind decided it was enough.
